Description of Service
Lavinya Art provides AI-powered visual generation services for fashion, beauty, jewelry, and e-commerce brands. Features and pricing may change with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@lavinyaart.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Lavinya Art to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Credits and Payments
Credits are non-refundable after use. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Shopier. Lavinya Art is not responsible for payment provider outages.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded images. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for commercial use under a perpetual, non-exclusive license. You may not claim ownership of the underlying models.
Limitation of Liability
Lavinya Art is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users by email for material changes.
